Information you provide
The RFQ form collects your contact details, company, equipment requirement, delivery location, urgency and any files you choose to attach. Please share only material you are permitted to disclose, and avoid unnecessary personal or sensitive information.
Purpose and access
Information is stored to assess and respond to your enquiry. The submitted details and attachments are also emailed to Info@techassurefz.com through the hosting provider’s mail service. Submitted attachments are not published on the website. Access to the enquiry inbox requires a separate access key. Where supplier input is needed, relevant technical requirements may be used to prepare a sourcing response.
Storage and deletion requests
Enquiries and attachments remain stored until removed by the site operator. To request correction, access or deletion, contact Info@techassurefz.com, quoting your RFQ reference where available.
External contact options
WhatsApp and email links open services outside this website, governed by their own terms and privacy practices. The website does not automatically send your RFQ through those services.
Website services
The hosting provider processes connection information to deliver and protect the website. No advertising analytics or marketing cookies have been added to this website.
Quotation basis
Submitting an RFQ is a request for review, not an accepted order or a confirmed quotation. Availability, technical compatibility, warranty, compliance, pricing and delivery commitments must be confirmed in writing.
